Before building anything in Dubai, I spent over a decade shaping ventures across Europe and Japan, always drawn to where innovation meets human behavior. As an entrepreneur and product designer, I’ve been recognized among Dubai’s Top 20 Business Leaders and Realtors, but what drives me most are the systems built and people empowered along the way.

I’ve trained over 400 entrepreneurs in innovation, AI, and advanced sales, and shared ideas at global forums and universities, focusing on frameworks that turn ambition into real progress.

Beyond property, I created SELLduction and the EdgeEra Sales Framework, blending psychology and authenticity to make sales a natural act of connection. Through The Innovators HUB, we turn frontier thinking in AI and automation into practical, profitable innovation.

Dubai’s spirit of ambition mirrors my own: think differently, execute with discipline. From here, we’re scaling PropertyDigest.me, a discovery engine for premium properties built on insight and intuition.

Originally from Romania, I lived and pursued my education in the United States, where I graduated with Magna Cum Laude from the University of Toledo, Ohio, with a degree in Marketing and International Business.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve built a diverse career spanning hospitality, business travel, co-working, prop-tech, and real estate. My journey has taken me through regional leadership roles across the United States, Eastern Europe, and the MENA region, allowing me to refine my expertise in people management, business development, and strategic business planning.
